IELTS is one of the world's most popular English language exams. It is required for visa applications, university admissions, and employment abroad. A high score opens doors to international education and career opportunities.
What sets Rhetoria apart from other schools is our unique expansion of the course to include comprehensive training in academic skills. In addition to systematic exam preparation through working with authentic materials and practice tests, we also offer a rich collection of proprietary materials.
These include both advanced grammar content and exercises that develop analytical thinking and academic writing skills. As a result, our course not only helps you achieve top IELTS scores but also equips you with the competencies necessary for success in your future academic and professional paths.
IELTS is available in two versions: General Training, most often required for visa procedures, job recruitment, or immigration, and IELTS Academic, intended mainly for those applying to higher education institutions or for professional-level positions.
Regardless of the module, the test lasts about 2 hours and 45 minutes and consists of four parts: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Each section is assessed on a scale from 0 to 9, and the final result is the average of all parts. The IELTS certificate is valid for 2 years and is recognised by universities, institutions, and immigration authorities worldwide.
The starting point is a solid command of English: grammatical accuracy, rich vocabulary, and fluent communication. The Listening and Speaking components are identical for both versions.

We work on different task types, analysing texts, focusing on details and identifying relationships between ideas. General Training uses practical texts; Academic uses advanced academic texts.
